This Privacy Policy describes how FLNT Systems LLC ("FLNT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you respond to our advertisements, visit our website flntsystems.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our products and services (the "Services"). It also tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Policy is written to address the comprehensive state privacy laws (California, Colorado, and others) that may apply as FLNT grows. Based on FLNT's projected first-year revenue of approximately $50,000–$100,000, FLNT does not currently meet the revenue or consumer-volume thresholds that trigger CCPA, Colorado, or similar comprehensive state privacy laws (most require either $25M+ in annual revenue or processing the personal information of 100,000+ consumers annually, among other alternate triggers). This threshold analysis is subject to ongoing legal review — thresholds and alternate triggers vary by state and are verified against FLNT's actual, current-year figures at the time of publication. This Policy is written to scale with you rather than need a full rewrite once thresholds are met.
If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Providing your mobile number alone does not grant permission to send you SMS messages. SMS consent is collected explicitly through two separate checkboxes on our forms: (1) a transactional consent checkbox for appointment reminders, confirmations, and account-related notifications, and (2) a separate marketing consent checkbox for promotional offers, discounts, and service updates. You may check one, both, or neither — checking the marketing checkbox is never required to submit a form, book an appointment, or use our Services. Your mobile number and consent selections will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, except with the SMS platform providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
Phone numbers may be processed by service providers (such as our SMS sender and CRM, GoHighLevel) only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
If you use FLNT's Platform to send messages to your own customers, see your separate Terms of Service agreement — this Privacy Policy covers FLNT's own communications with you, not the messages you send through the Platform to your clients' customers.

Based on FLNT's projected first-year revenue of approximately $50,000–$100,000, FLNT does not currently appear to meet the thresholds that trigger CCPA, Colorado, or similar comprehensive state privacy laws. The sections below are included so this Policy scales with FLNT rather than requiring a rewrite once thresholds are met, but an attorney should confirm this threshold analysis — including any alternate triggers based on consumer volume rather than revenue — before publication.
In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 3; disclosed information for a business purpose to service providers and professional advisors; shared information for advertising with Meta and Google (see Section 7); and have not sold personal information for monetary consideration or knowingly collected/sold personal information of consumers under 16.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in Section 11. Contact us as described in Section 12 to exercise them.
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.
